Four Blooms a Year – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Four Blooms a Year! By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. Our service is designed to be simple, flexible, and full of seasonal floral joy.

1. Subscription Overview

  • Four Blooms a Year delivers four hand-tied bouquets per year.

  • You may choose either Flexible Four (Annual) or Seasonal Subscription (Quarterly).

  • Subscriptions can be gifted, used for yourself, or a mix of both.

  • Deliveries are scheduled according to your chosen dates; please give at least 14 days’ notice for each bouquet.

  • Delivery is always subject to availability, as the florist may be unavailable due to weddings, holidays, or other commitments.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are collected upfront for annual subscriptions or quarterly for seasonal subscriptions.

  • Funds already paid are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel at any time; future payments will not be collected.

  • We accept most major debit and credit cards via Stripe.

3. Delivery

  • Local Delivery: Free for Rye, Winchelsea, and Camber in East Sussex.

  • UK Delivery: £10 per bouquet for all other UK addresses.

  • International Delivery: Not available; UK addresses only.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details and update the florist with any changes at least 14 days before delivery.

  • If no one is available to receive the flowers, they may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, unless otherwise instructed.

4. Florist’s Choice & Special Requests

  • All bouquets are designed by the florist according to seasonal availability and artistic style.

  • Special requests for specific flowers may be possible. If you would like a specific addition, this would incur an extra charge 

5. Flower Quality

  • All arrangements are created with fresh blooms that are seasonally available. 

  • Bouquets are guaranteed to stay fresh for at least 5 days when properly cared for.

  • While we take care to maintain quality, we cannot guarantee exact replication of previous bouquets or specific blooms unless arranged in advance.

  • To cancel, pause, or modify your subscription, contact us at least 14 days before your next delivery.

  • Discounts for upfront annual payment are applied at checkout.

  • Special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms occasionally.

  • Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.

  • If you do not agree to changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
