Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner party, a milestone birthday, a special anniversary or a memorable gathering with family and friends, I’ll help create a setting that feels personal, welcoming and thoughtfully styled. From colour palettes and tablescapes to candlelight and finishing touches, every detail is considered with your occasion in mind.
I take the time to understand what you’re celebrating, your style and the atmosphere you want to create. Together, we’ll bring everything together in a way that feels effortless, beautifully cohesive and true to you.
For larger events and more ambitious installations, I work alongside a trusted team of talented freelance stylists from across the South East, allowing us to bring even the most creative ideas to life while maintaining a personal and thoughtful approach throughout.
The Process: From Vision to Reality
Step One: Let’s Chat
We’ll book a relaxed virtual meeting (usually in the evening to suit your schedule) to talk all about your celebration—what you’re planning, the atmosphere you want to create, and all those fun, personal details.
(Moodboards, Pinterest links, or “just a feeling” are all welcome!)
Step Two: Moodboards & Style Concepts
Based on our chat, I’ll create a bespoke style deck tailored to your event. Think colour palettes, decor details, layout suggestions, and visual inspiration to capture the vibe.
You’ll get a real sense of how the space will look and feel—from centrepieces to aisle or table details to thoughtful personal touches.
Step Three: Finalise Your Styling Plan
With your feedback, I’ll tweak and refine everything until it’s just right. Once you’re happy and ready to go, I’ll ask for a deposit to secure your date.
From here, you can relax, we’ve got the details covered.
Step Four: The Final Catch-Up
About 6–8 weeks out, I’ll check in to confirm all the final details – guest numbers, venue logistics, setup timing, and anything else we need to make the day run smoothly.

Event Day Setup
I’ll arrive on the day to style your space, handle the details, and make sure everything looks just as we planned. From the moment guests walk in, they’ll feel the thought and care in every corner.
Pack Down & Post-Party Bliss
After the celebration winds down, we’ll return to clear everything away. No stress, no late-night tidy-ups – just happy memories and a beautiful celebration behind you.
