Blooming Ròża Flower Club – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Blooming Roza Flower Club! By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. Our service is designed to be simple, flexible, and full of floral joy.

1. Subscription Overview

  • The Blooming Ròża Flower Club is a recurring flower delivery subscription.
  • Choose your delivery frequency: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time, but we require at least 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged.

2. Payments

  • Payment is processed 7 days before each scheduled delivery.
  • We accept most major debit and credit cards.
  • If your payment fails, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.

3. Managing Your Subscription

To cancel, pause, or make changes to your subscription:

All requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next delivery date. Changes made after this window may take effect the following cycle.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas:

  • Rye
  • Camber
  • Lydd
  • Winchelsea

Please ensure your delivery address falls within these locations. If unsure, contact us before subscribing.

If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave them in a safe place or with a neighbour, unless instructed otherwise.

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, or courier disruptions).

5. Flower Quality & Substitutions

  • We offer both hand-tied bouquets and letterbox flower boxes as part of our subscription service.
  • All arrangements are made with fresh, seasonal blooms.
  • Substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Both bouquets and letterbox boxes are guaranteed to stay fresh for at least 5 days when cared for properly.
  • If you’re unhappy with any delivery, please see Section 6 for Refunds & Replacements.

6. Refunds & Replacements

We want you to love your flowers — but if something’s gone wrong:

If your bouquet or letterbox box arrives damaged or in poor condition:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include a clear photo of the flowers and a brief description.
  • If the issue is due to quality or delivery conditions, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or replacements:

  • If the issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • If flowers were not cared for properly (e.g., not placed in water).
  • For personal preferences regarding flower types.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • If you cancel your subscription after receiving a free or discounted first bouquet or box, but before your second delivery, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the first delivery.
  • Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • You will be notified of any significant changes.
  • If you do not accept the updates, you may cancel your subscription without penalty before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please note that perishable goods such as flowers are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once dispatched.
