1. Booking & Payment

All workshop places must be booked in advance through our website.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to a friend or family member — just let us know their details.

In the unlikely event that Blooming Roza cancels the workshop (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop.
3. Attendance & Materials

Workshops will start promptly at the advertised time.

All tools, foliage, and materials are provided unless otherwise stated.

You don’t need to bring anything with you, but you may wish to bring an apron or wear clothes suitable for floristry.
4. Health & Safety

Please make us aware of any allergies upon booking so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please follow all instructions given during the workshop to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Use of sharp tools and natural materials is at your own risk. Blooming Roza cannot accept responsibility for injuries or allergic reactions.
5. Photography & Promotion

We sometimes take photographs during workshops for use on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the session.
